If you only need to submit the necessary documents,
you can proceed by submitting them to any of our offices in Seoul or Suwon (Southern Gyeonggi Province)
between 09:00 and 18:00 on weekdays.
- You do not need to visit our office to submit the original documents.
- You can submit the documents by mail, and even if they are not the original copies,
you can provide clear photographs or scans of each document, capturing the entire content.
Alternatively, you can send the documents electronically via email or KakaoTalk.

① Review of submitted documents and completion of judgment request form
- Upon receiving the submitted documents as per the instructions, we will review them and provide any necessary additional information if any documents are found to be missing.
- Once all the preparatory documents are in order, we will prepare the judgment request form within 1-2 weeks and submit it to the court.

② Court application
- Submit the judgment request form and the accompanying documents to the court.
- If the deadline of 3 months is approaching, it is important to first submit the judgment request form to the court within the deadline, and then submit any additional prepared attachments to meet the deadline. Rest assured that if the deadline is imminent, we will prioritize filing your judgment request before the deadline.
- Once the application to the court is complete, we will notify you of the case number via KakaoTalk or email."

③ Court review
- The courts review the claims in the order they are received.
- Typically, it takes around 1 to 2 months for Renunciation of Inheritance cases and 2 to 3 months for Qualified Acceptance cases before the court judges after the examination.
- Therefore, please be patient and wait for the judgment to be issued.
- If there are any additional documents to be submitted, please prepare them as instructed."

④ Receipt of Judgment and Guidance
- When the court makes a judgment on Qualified Acceptance or Renunciation of Inheritance, a judgment statement is issued. We will inform you of the judgment through KakaoTalk or email.
- In the case of Qualified Acceptance, the newspaper announcement is promptly published once the judgment is issued.
- We will inform you of the result of the newspaper announcement along with the judgment, so you don't need to worry about the newspaper announcement separately.
- If you have remaining inherited property and need to proceed with its liquidation to settle your debts, please consult with an attorney.
