It is essential to consult with an inheritance attorney and file a claim with the court before the deadline expires.

-Renunciation of Inheritance and Qualified Acceptance:
Within three months from the date of becoming aware of both
① the death of the deceased and ② the fact that you have become the heir.

-Special Qualified Acceptance:
If the heir, without gross negligence, was unaware that they inherited more liabilities than assets and later discovered this fact, you can take advantage of the Special Qualified Acceptance.
Special Qualified Acceptance must be made within 3 months from the date of discovery.
