The Smart Inheritance Hosts 3rd Korean Inheritance Counseling Session in LA and Orange County, USA
Los Angeles, CA – January 16-20, 2023
The Smart Inheritance, a leading firm specializing in inheritance law, is set to conduct its 3rd Korean Inheritance Counseling Session in Los Angeles and Orange County, USA, from January 16th to January 20th, 2023.
Distinguished attorneys from The Smart Inheritance, including Attorney Woori Lee, Attorney Yenny Kim, and Attorney Hye Young Min, all experts in Inheritance Law, will be available for one-on-one consultations with Korean residents. This counseling session, themed "How to properly receive Korean inheritance," will cover crucial topics such as inheritance tax, acquisition tax, capital gains tax-saving laws, cashing in Korean inheritance property and remitting it from Korea to the United States, Korean real estate inheritance registration, inherited property recovery consultations (adjudication of inherited property division, request for return of reserved portion), and advice on avoiding inheritance debt (abandonment of inheritance, limited approval).
For the first three days, starting January 16th to the 18th, consultations will be held in LA's Koreatown, followed by two days in Costa Mesa, Orange County, from the 19th to the 20th.
